These terms describe use of the Veritas Boost dealership marketing and analytics platform. They are an initial draft for review by the platform operator before commercial launch.

Authorized use

The platform is intended for authorized dealership personnel and other approved users. You agree to provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and access only dealership data you are authorized to view.

Connected services

You may authorize integrations with third-party services such as Google Ads. You represent that you have permission to connect the accounts and use their data. Your use of third-party services remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. You can revoke connected-service permissions with the third-party provider.

Reports and estimates

Analytics, market-demand estimates, forecasts, and recommendations are provided for informational and business-planning purposes. Search volumes and other third-party metrics may be approximate, delayed, sampled, or subject to changes by their providers. The platform does not guarantee advertising outcomes, sales, or financial results.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access another organization's information without permission, interfere with platform security, misuse credentials, or use the service unlawfully.

Availability and changes

Features and integrations may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We may update these terms as the platform evolves.
