Veritas Boost is a dealership marketing and analytics platform. This policy describes how information may be handled when you use the platform, including when you authorize third-party integrations. This policy should be reviewed and finalized by the platform operator before public launch.

Information processed

The platform may process account registration details, business contact information, dealership assignments, marketing performance data, website analytics, and information made available through services that you choose to connect, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

How information is used

Information is used to provide authorized dealership dashboards, manage account access, retrieve and present marketing reports, maintain integrations, troubleshoot issues, and protect the service. Access to dealership information is intended to be limited by assigned permissions.

Google account data

If you authorize a Google integration, the application requests access to the relevant Google service on your behalf. For Google Ads, the requested scope is used to access authorized advertising-account information and keyword-planning metrics. Authorization credentials are intended to be stored securely on the server, not displayed to other platform users. You can revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure and integration providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, authentication, database, and authorized analytics providers. We do not describe dealership data as publicly available simply because it is used in reports.

Retention and security

We aim to restrict access to authorized users and protect credentials using server-side controls. Information may be retained as necessary to provide the service, maintain records, and comply with applicable requirements. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, subject to applicable requirements. You can disconnect third-party access using the provider's account controls.
